Punch Someone In A Car:
Press R1 + R2 together to do it on your right side & L1 + L2 for the left. If it works you will hear the driver yell 'Arrest that Punk!'

No Friction:
Stop the bike & tap Circle repeatedly but don't hold it down. If done right he will pedal, but he won't move.

No Timer:
Press L1 + R2 at the neighbourhood selection screen. A sound will confirm correct code entry. The level will begin with no timer, allowing the entire area to be explored.
