Music Test:
Complete the Balue's Tower Mini Game. After this, you should be able to pick the music test at the level select screen.

Balue's Tower (Extra Vision) Bonus Level:
Save all 72 of the phantomilians (within the bubbles).

Control Title Screen:
Press L2 + R2 at the title screen to blow the leaves off the screen.

Level Select:
Complete the game, then return to the title screen, select the 'Continue' option, then 'Vision Cleared'.
