Level Skip:
Press Down, Start, Hold Up + L1, Press Triangle, Circle, X, Square. (Now a number appears to the left of Lomax).
Now press & Hold to skip a level: Up + L1 + Start + Select.

Helicopter Mode:
Activate the level skip cheat, then Select the chopper & press L1 & Square to fly around the levels.
