Alternate Introduction:
Accumulate forty-eight hours of game play on the timer in the options menu. Then, instead of showing the arcade characters, the opening sequence will show you all of the new characters (including Guile and Evil Ryu). Alternatively, you can unlock all of the character endings including the bonus characters.

Bonus Modes
Beat Dramatic Battle mode with Ryu and Juni to unlock two bonus modes.

Play As Evil Ryu & Guile:
To play as Ryu and Guile, beat them in Dramatic Mode.

Play As Shin Gouki:
Access world tour mode, then build your character to level 32 and defeat all Gouki's. Then on the character selection screen, highlight Gouki (Akuma), hold L2 and press any button.

Alternate Batrog:
Beat World Tour mode without unlocking Evil Ryu or Guile. Then at the character selection screen in any mode, highlight Balrog, hold L2 and press any button.

Classical Mode:
Accumulate three hours of gameplay on the timer in the options menu. Then at the character selection screen, highlight a character and press Select to play the classic version of their character.

Dramatic & Final Battle Modes:
Beat Arcade mode on difficult level.

Maji (LO) Mode:
Accumulate five hours of gameplay on the timer in the options menu. Alternatively, beat arcade mode on difficulty level 7.

Fight Shin Akuma in Final Battle Mode:
Select Final Battle mode. Then, select a character and hold L1 + L2 before the versus screen appears.

Play as Guile and Evil Ryu:
Select World Tour mode and build your characters up to levels 30 (Guile) Or 31 (Evil Ryu), then defeat all of the new battles. Guile and Evil Ryu will appear on the character select screen.

Saikyo (low guard meter) Mode:
Accumulate four hours of gameplay on the timer in the options menu. Note: Saikyo Karin does not have the ability to do a 99 per cent throw. Alternatively, beat arcade mode on difficulty level 7.
