Play As Uranus Or Master:
You'll have to earn these players, but here is how. Beat the game on level 6 or higher in 1-player mode. After the ending credits, look at the cursor on the main menu. If it's blue, you're in business. Start a new game (Any mode) & choose Random on the character select screen. Hold Select to see the character cycling. Uranus & Master should now be selectable.

Play As Vermillion Or Sho:
Follow the directions above, but this time you have to beat the game as master. When you return to the main screen, the cursor should be red. Start a new game (Any mode) & choose Random on the character select screen. Hold Select to see the character cycling. Vermillion & Sho should now be selectable.

Last Boss:
To warp to the final boss, press Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Triangle at the title screen.

Secret Moves:
After beating the game when Sho & Vermillion are available, the menu box should turn Green. This indicates that the Instant Secret Moves feature is enabled & you can now perform them by simply pressing the R1 & R2 buttons together.

Candid Camera:
On the options screen, set L1, L2, R1 & R2 to 'Not Used' & then set the camera option to 'Control'. Cycle through the R1, R2, L1, L2 options again until all of them are set to 'Camera'. Now you can rotate the camera by pressing R1, R2, L1 or L2 when paused or fighting. You can turn off the gauges by pausing the game & pressing Square + Triangle + Circle + X + Select on Controller 1. The options menu will disappear. Press them again & the energy & overdrive gauges go. Press them again to get back to normal or Start to play without them. When you have no gauges selected you can control the zooming & vertical scrolling with R1, R2, L1, & L2.
