For a first class vehicle, highlight 1 player on the main menu & hold L2 + R2 + Left + Select + Start. Press X to select the option that appears.

Firestar Track:
To jump to the hidden bonus track, highlight 1 player on the main menu & hold L1 + R1 + Right + Square + Circle + Start. Press X to select the option that appears.
